LOCATION: OISCA BAGO TRAINING CENTER (Brgy Tabunan, Bago City, Negros Occidental)
How to Get There: From Bacolod City, proceed to Brgy Sum-ag and it's in the street of Brgy Abuanan. Your landmark is the 7/11 store on your left if you're coming from Bacolod.
Lost? Try to use Waze and enter Sum-ag national High School. From there, continue driving and you'll see a signage welcoming you to OISCA Training Ceter.
Still Lost? Ask the locals. Place is known to many who live in the area. Waze can't recognize the exact location (based on my own experience).
Cost: No entrance fee but you can donate any amount.
Best Time to Visit: It's like Plants Vs Zombies. You'll see as many heads or umbrellas as the number of sunflowers. On their post, it's open to the public until Oct 2. They also observe lunch breaks so you have to wait til it resumes at 2pm.
For me, it's worth the visit if you're in Bacolod or in nearby cities or towns. Expect though that there would be a lot of people coming in. Guess the best time to be there is when they open int he morning at 8am.
